Q:If the guest 's demand for materials is small, can you supply it?
A:Our company supply the metal materials have certain minimum quantity, if the guest dosage is small, we can according to our inventory materials in consultation with actual situation at that time, as far as possible to provide for the guests.

Q:The guest needs material samples,Can you supply them?
A:We can provide the material samples, if the guest need the quantity of material in our company rules the sample number range, the material we can offer free samples, but the guest need to pay material samples of international transportation cost, so we will thank you very much.

Q:How long does your usual delivery schedule take?
A:Prompt delivery, or delivery under contract, usually takes 30-35 days.

Q:What is your payment terms ?
A:Commonly two payment term for new customers:
1)30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy; 
2)100% Irrevocable L/C at sight;
If you need any other terms, we will try our best to negotiate with you.

Q:What about your after-sales service?
