Electro Hydraulic Orange Peel Grab is equipped according to the relevant performance parameters of its excavator. The opening, closing and rotating of grab is controlled by hydraulic system of excavator. Hydraulic grab could load and clear up stone, scrap steel, which is suitable to the excavator used on the working site such as building site, stockyard, steel mill. The grab usually has 2-6 jaws. The lifting capacity of grab is normally 2t-10t.

Crane grab application:
According on the material type and customer requirement to design grab
with teeth, parallel girder with open, underwater operation and so on form.
Crane grab working duty: Because the bucket size is different, so the volume of the grab also different.
According on the material density and volume, we design four type working duty grab bucket,
such as light duty, medium duty, heavy duty and overload duty.
1) Light: suitable for grasp all kinds of coal and pulverized coal, coal ash powder hydrated lime, blast furnace slag, etc;
2) Medium: suitable for hold the manganese ore, copper concentrate, zinc concentrate, iron, lead, zinc clinker,
slag and sand, limestone, gravel, etc.;
3) Heavy: suitable for hold the iron ore, dolomite, magnesite, copper, lead concentrate, massive slaked lime, etc.
Crane grab maintenance item:
1.When using, first take the grab on the fixed block grab can open and close freely;
2.Check the oil hole parts and the butter is filled;
3.check whether the connection parts slacken, or loose, must first tight;
4.adjust the wire rope before operation, the balance of grab in a free state;Grab bucket coiling schemes:
There have two set of reel in the bridge crane, one group of each of the two wire rope tied on opposite sides of the grab bucket balance frame inclined shell or (wire loop with a cord round),as a support for steel rope.Another group of two root for opening and closing steel rope, they respectively through the rope WHEEL, the head pulley, beam under the pulley block and tackle formation, the opening of the grab bucket effect.
